I don’t usually like to leave reviews but I was really disappointed with my nails. I’ve went here several times before and never had a problem, but this time someone new did my nails and they missed part of my nails and when I brought it up they didn’t do anything about it. One of the best pedis I’ve had in a while! Visiting from out of town and they were able to do 5 pedi’s for me and my family on short notice. Staff was very nice and thorough. Also you get good services for the cost including hot stone and paraffin wax. Lovely time, recommend

I took my 86yr old mom (Barbara) here yesterday for a basic no-polish mani-pedi, and she came away with uneven nails cut down to the quick, with 3 toes actually bleeding. They’re still sore today. How can someone do this to a nice older lady? She just wanted nice nails, not this hack job and pain.Pedicure,Manicure

Called and asked if they could remove gel polish. They asked when I could be there, and I said 5 minutes and asked price. They said $12, see you in five minutes. I arrived in 3-4 mins and was told they couldn’t take me now, it would be at least 20 minutes (the two employees were with customers). Why say yes on the phone just to say no in person? At least call back if you take another customer instead.

I got my nails done by Tima. She was sweet and friendly. I loved how she tried her best to create the image that I showed her. It’s a dip powder nail. Above all, I love how detailed and natural my nails turned out. The picture is a few days after my appointment. Everyone had mask on and they were sanitizing the area frequently. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Did a good job on my nails however was unable to do a basic French tip and charged me $10 extra for a design and there was none just glitter polish added. Also took her two hours to finish and overcharged me. These nails were $60 and there acrylic! RIDICULOUS

Critical:Professionalism,QualityHaven’t even had my nail done a week went on Thursday one of my nails chipped the day I got them done but I couldn’t go back right away soI waited till knew I could get back to the nail shop I called to inform them that one of my nails chipped but not only one about seven of them and asked if I could just get my polish changed because they’re still fairly new and it’s clearly the quality of the nail polish they act confused as if getting my polish change was a problem and I was gonna have to pay for it to get changed even though I spent $96 the day I got my nails done! And my pedicure is chipping !
