Horrible customer service. Very argumentative. I asked to have the shape fixed and I was told that it was just fine. I need to now go and get them fix somewhere else. I will Absolutely never go back to Envy Nails.

I will never go back. Their workmanship was just fine, it was at the end when I went to pay, they told me they don't accept credit/debit cards for tips, that would have to be paid in cash. Well I didn't have cash on me I told her and paid for my nails with my debit card. The lady who did my nails straight looked at me and said, you go to ATM and come back with my tip. Are you serious! After she demanded I do that, I did not!

This is now my fourth time coming back to this nail salon and I wish I would have done it sooner. I had been going to a rather popular place prior to this, who were destroying my natural nails. I came to this place because of its location, I saw a woman named Ellie, and ever since then she listens and has helped me heal my nails, aside from doing a perfect job. 10/10 recommend!
