GLASGOW — A Barren County grand jury convened Dec. 15 and returned several indictments.
Jacob D. Bruner, 40, of Eighty Eight, was indicted on one count of first degree sexual abuse.
Larry D. Minor, 35, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree sexual abuse.
Marcie D. Minor, 37, of Glasgow, was indicted with one count of first degree sexual abuse and unlawful transaction with a minor.
George E. Thompson, 38, of Edmonton, Wesley Austin, 49, of Cave City, Katelynn Coleman, 21, of Glasgow, and Shawna Pedigo, 24, of Glasgow, were indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.
Jeffery Anderson, 21, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of second degree trafficking in a controlled substance (amphetamine), trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, tampeting with physical evidence, trafficking in marijuana, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
Richard C. Yopp, 50, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), failure of owner to maintain required insurance (second or greater offense), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation, no operator/ moped license, improper turning and failure to produce insurance card.
Tyler C. Stith, 26, of Smiths Grove, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property ($10,000 or more) and second degree persistent felony offender.
Zackery A. Sander, 22, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree criminal mischief and fourth degree assault.
Allison L. Huff, 24, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.
Vickie A. Turner, 57, of Glasgow, was indicted with one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot).
James L. Key, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), theft by unlawful taking or disposition, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Tony M. Gilbert, 24, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.
Jessie L. Lutterman, 31, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree promoting contraband, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and second degree persistent felony offender.
Tyler W. Harris, 34, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of tampering with physical evidence, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and second degree persistent felony offender.
Mary K. Cummings, 63, of Smiths Grove, was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($1,000 or more but under $10,000), first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), first degree possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone), first degree possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and first degree persistent felony offender.
D’Wayne P. Cook, 22, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces), third degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of any other substance or combination of substances, reckless driving, failure to or improper signal, speeding 26 mpg or more over the limit and disregarding a traffic control device.
Amanda Briggs, 35, of Brownsville, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), two counts of third degree assault (police/ probation officer), one count of buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
Vilma L. Matias-Martin, 28, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of second degree strangulation, fourth degree assault (domestic violence) and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
Courtney G. Jackson, 21, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree criminal mischief, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and public intoxication.
Corey A. Carter, 29, of Cave City, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
Lucky Frank B. Russell, 19, of Louisville, was indicted on one count of engaging in organized crime – criminal syndicate, theft by unlawful taking or disposition (auto – $1,000 or more but under $10,000), theft by unlawful taking or disposition (firearm), theft by unlawful taking or disposition (firearm), theft of identity of another without consent, receiving stolen property ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000), fraudulent use of a credit/ debit card under $500 and three counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (contents from a vehicle under $500).
Momo Kpehe, 21, of Louisville, was indicted on one count of engaging in organized crime – criminal syndicate, theft by unlawful taking or disposition (auto – $1,000 or more but under $10,000), theft by unlawful taking or disposition (firearm) and theft by unlawful taking or disposition (firearm).
Nolan S. Pate, 19, of Louisville, was indicted on one count of engaging in organized crime – criminal syndicate, theft by unlawful taking or disposition (auto – $1,000 or more but under $10,000), theft by unlawful taking or disposition (firearm), theft by unlawful taking or disposition (firearm), theft of identity of another without consent, receiving stolen property ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000), fraudulent use of a credit/ debit card under $500 and three counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (contents from a vehicle under $500).
Barion Castillo, 22, of Glasgow, was indicted on three counts of first degree rape and one count of first degree sodomy.
Kenneth C. Scott, 68, of Hiseville, was indicted on one count of first degree arson.
Cody L. Holley, 27, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree wanton endangerment, tampering with physical evidence, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of any other substance or combination of substances, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to use child restraint device in vehicle and second degree persistent felony offender.
Kelsey Brown, 22, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.
Timothy R. Adams Jr., 33, of Austin, was indicted on one count of second degree burglary, third degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($1,000 or more but under $10,000) and first degree persistent felony offender.
John P. Williams, 33, of Fountain Run, was indicted on one count of second degree burglary, third degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($1,000 or more but under $10,000).
George E. Thompson, 38, of Edmonton, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.
Corey A. Carter, 29, of Cave City, was indicted on one count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and first degree persistent felony offender.
Joshua L. Poynter, 37, of Cave City, was indicted on one count of second degree assault, kidnapping – adult, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), trafficking in marijuana, third degree possession of a controlled substance (clonazepam), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, second degree possession of a controlled substance (suboxone), third degree possession of a controlled substance (diazepam), possession of a defaced firearm, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, third degree terroristic threatening, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance and second degree persistent felony offender.
Dustin T. Vibbert, 31, of Edmonton, was indicted on one count of second degree burglary, public intoxication, possession of marijuana and first degree persistent felony offender.
George E. Thompson, 38, of Edmonton, was indicted on one count of second degree escape and first degree persistent felony offender.
