Barren County grand jury returns series of indictments (1)

GLASGOW, Ky. — A Barren County grand jury convened and returned a series of indictments Oct. 20, 2021. An indictment is an accusation only. It is not a clause of innocence or guilt, which can only be proven in a court of law.

Kelly A. Holloway, 34, of Edmonton, was indicted on one count of theft of property lost, mislaid, or delivered by mistake ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000).

Maxie D. Anderson, 41, of Edmonton, was indicted on one count of theft of property lost, mislaid, or delivered by mistake ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000).

William L. Holka, 66, of Summer Shade, was indicted on one count of trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Alec Pacheco, 22, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of trafficking in marijuana (8 oz or more but less than 5 pounds).

Russell Stroud, 40, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and speeding 14 miles per hour over the limit.

Donald J. Huddleston, 60, of Glasgow was indicted on one count of intimidating a participant in the legal process and first degree persistent felony offender.

Kyla Kimble, 21, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.

Nicholas T. Austin, 24, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of trafficking in marijuana (8 oz or more but less than 5 pounds), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and first degree persistent felony offender.

Tanya N. Majors, 29, of Bowling Green, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Michael T. Mitchell, 39, of Horse Cave, was indicted on one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property (firearm), first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, operating on a suspended or revoked license, no/ expired registration plates, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and second degree persistent felony offender.

Sheena E. Lasley, 36, of Horse Cave, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Winter D. Kintyhtt, 36, of Bowling Green, was indicted on one count of trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, careless driving and speeding 24 miles per hour over the limit.

William Beard, 23, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property (firearm), tampering with physical evidence, trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Jason D. Dick, 41, of Springfield, Tenn., was indicted on one count of trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and first degree persistent felony offender.

Jamie A. Brown, 40, of Edmonton, was indicted on one count of tampering with physical evidence, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, failure to produce an insurance card, excessive windshield/ window tinting, rear license plate not illuminated and first degree persistent felony offender.

Jamenski P. Martin, 33, of Bowling Green, was indicted on one count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of any other substance, possession of marijuana, operating on a suspended or revoked license, rear license plate not illuminated and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

Jarmaris L. Nettles, 38, of Louisville, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, failure to notify address change to department of transportation and no brake lights (passenger vehicles).

Ronnie J. Gossett, 44, of Hardy, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, license to be in possession, no/ expired registration plates, no/ expired Kentucky registration receipt and no tail lamps.

Kyla Kimble, 21, of Glasgow, was indicted on a separate indictment on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.

Carlynn McIntosh, 25, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.

Justin K. Bennett, 30, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot).

Kyann R. Allenspach, 20, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance (first offense), failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license, possession of marijuana and failure to produce insurance card.

Jericho R. Pope, 21, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Amanda R. Glabb, 42, of Scottsville, was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($10,000 or more but under $1,000,000) and public intoxication.

Kristina M. French, 33, of Summer Shade, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), third degree possession of a controlled substance (Alprazolam), third degree possession of a controlled substance (Gabapentin), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license and no/ expired registration plates.

Amber D. Carver, 30, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Paul H. Gass, 55, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Randy L. Shugart, 54, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and no tail lamps.

Markita M. Hunt, 40, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree possession of a controlled substance (morphine), first degree possession of a controlled substance (hydrocodone), first degree possession of a controlled substance (ecstasy), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and second degree persistent felony offender.

Shane D. McCoy, 31, of Cave City, was indicted on one count of first degree strangulation, first degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth degree assault (domestic violence).

Tristan T. Wells, 25, of Smiths Grove, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Stephen G. Flaherty, 37, of Bowling Green, was indicted on one count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property ($10,000 or more), first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and first degree persistent felony offender.

Tara K. Thomas, 29, of Tompkinsville, was indicted on one count of third degree assault (inmate assault on a corrections employee).

Jericho R. Pope, 21, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (auto, $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000), third degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking or disposition (from building, $1,000 or more but under $10,000).

Patrick A. Jones, 31, of Smiths Grove, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), first degree possession of a controlled substance, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Dawn F. Kerr, 45, of Cave City, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license and no tail lamps.

Shannon D. Ward, 43, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Luke E. Pedigo, 24, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, license to be in possession and rear license plate not illuminated.

William L. Colvin, 30, of Scottsville, was indicted on one count of first degree wanton endangerment, first degree criminal mischief, second degree criminal mischief and first degree persistent felony offender.

James D. York, 51, of Adolphus, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, and alcoholic intoxication in a public place.

Amber D. Carver, 30, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and buying or possessing drug paraphernalia.

Christopher S. Thurman, 48, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of possession of synthetic drugs, first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second degree disorderly conduct, public intoxication and first degree persistent felony offender.

Jarvis M. Davis, 28, of Bowling Green, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000) and first degree persistent felony offender.

Cody N. Bacon, 21, of Glasgow, was indicted on two counts of murder and first degree wanton endangerment.

John T. Brown, 41, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree fleeing or evading police, first degree wanton endangerment, first degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), resisting arrest, giving an officer false identifying information and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Gregory J. Ballard, 46, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and second degree persistent felony offender.

James D. York, 51, of Adolphus, was indicted on one count of tampering with a prisoner monitoring device, theft by failure to make required disposition of property ($1,000 or more but less than $10,000) and first degree persistent felony offender.

Robert D. Horton, 44, of Cub Run, was indicted on one count of fourth degree assault (domestic violence), first degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO and second degree persistent felony offender.

Jeremy L. Viers, 37, of Glasgow, was indicted on one count of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and first degree persistent felony offender.

Tyler R. Baize, 21, of Bowling Green, was indicted on one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), third degree possession of a controlled substance (Gabapentin), buying or possessing drug paraphernalia, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, no/ expired registration plates, no/ expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card and rear license plate not illuminated.
